This is my second review on Dost vehicle and Saboo service. My vehicle completed 9000 kilometers as of now. Overall pick up, loading and running is ultimate. I respect to my first review, Saboo people contacted me, they spoke and promised me that this will not be repeated again and they took a satisfactory letter from me.


But I don't they their service style has not been changed. I sent me vehicle for first service at around 4800 kilometers, specifically I asked them to do wheel alignment,  over all service was good and I was please to drive after 1st service. But after 1500 kilometers one day I fount my front 2 tyres got rugged from in sides. I called saboo people and sent vehicle to service center, they replaced some ball joint parts and sent vehicle without charging any thing.


But I lost 60% life of my 2 tyres, no one speaking in that respect. Before I used to do wheel alignment at private shops where they have balancing and aligner, but saboo don't have balancing.


On 2 Jan, any driver noticed sudden smoke under driver seat, Luckily, at that time my vehicle was going in the service center road. Service people said that some grease used for front right side tyre got heated up and burned, they took some photos and carried on with the repairs.


And now when brakes are applied my is drifting towards right side, again I have to visit service center.


If this is the position before 10000 kilometes I don't know what I have to face further. I request asl people to check all the problems when given for service if self, Its is a commercial vehicle, we have to pay emi which vehicle has to earn. If we keep on revolving around service centers then what will happen to earnings.


Please take care of the problems and ensure that these problems will not raised in your upcoming variants.
