Absolutely pathetic service. Customer care people can't talk in English properly and don't know what to say. I cancelled my Kingfisher flights and they are saying it will take 45-60 for refund. At the same time, Kingfisher says they will return the money in two working weeks, and GoIbibo has already started returning funds.
So I do not understand why these people will take 45-60 WORKING DAYS to return a customers money. Bunch of morons.
