They take your money and then call you up and say that they are not responsible for the fare which has suddenly hiked than the amount shown on the website seconds ago! My fare jumped from 10k to 13k. The agents are unhelpful and rude!
Then they take 4 days to return the money. Cheats! Don't ever do business with them - do it at your RISK! Their toll free number does not exist! Their agents are even more unhelpful.
