I have been there many times as it is very affordable and cheap. I have tried their Dosa, Idli, Momos, Veg Thali, Mutton, Paneer dishes, etc.
I found them all satisfactory as per the price they charge. It is a self-service restaurant mainly but few of its outlets offer table service as well. It is best suited for families and small groups. The ambience is bright but the music selection is poor. Overall, it is an average place worth giving a try.
