Never ever fall for this Arya packers and Movers, Firstly they will talk politely and professionally but once you done the deal to move then issues start. I was about to shift from dwarka to gurgaon then person named vikas make the deal on phone to move all the goods efficiently and carefully and make me assure to be hasslefree, but neither they have got good conditoned vehicle nor they have got enough manpower to pull out the job efficiently, mini open truck came with single labour and driver and they hired some local labour who were not professionals at all, if I have to do locally then why will I pay such hefty money to them.
Mirror attached to bed got broken while pulling off the floor and when I complained they said talk to manager, I called vikas again and he promised that amount will be adjusted but after lot of issues it reach to gurgaon and when I was about to make payment and adjust the amount of broken glass the driver refused and start arguing, which become nasty after sometime. I called that person again but my call got unanswered, he didnt pick my call and to save my repo and avoid argument I have to pay full.
so better never go with this packers and movers, they only give pathetic service and false promise
