Since the previous comments were posted, Mr Prabhat Choudhary has personally stepped in to resolve the matter.
Mr Choudhary is the bright spot in the organizational hierarchy. He personally coordinates with the counterparts in Chennai, Mumbai and other parts of the country. If not for his personal touch to the services of this company, I think it would have closed long ago.
It is quite possible that the service of Arya Packers and Movers is good within Bangalore and neighboring areas(since the head office is based in Bangalore), however I would advise that one evaluate the partners and service in other cities prior to engagement.
Make sure you are in touch with Mr Choudhary till the final settlement to ensure a smooth relocation.
