Do we our selves?. Review on Artofliving

Why god has made human beings? Today we have so many ways n preachers known as gurus who talk about god. Do they themselves follow what they tell to people? We attend their sessions held at different places but do we really change? Do we really know our selves? We talk about lord Rama but do we have qualities like maryada like him?  People say lord Shiva drank bhang so what’s wrong if we too drink but they forget that he even drank poison will we drink that too? May be through music and words of wisdom can give us mental peace but temporarily. Do these gurus can make us gurus of our self?  The answer to all the questions is self-realization. Until and unless we do not get self realized we could be at peace but not permanently. It’s really strange but self-realization is the only way by which we know ourselves. When we know ourselves we know god because he resides in our hearts.

You all must be thinking why am saying so? The answer is one who gets diamond knows the difference between glass and diamond. At present it has become possible to get self-realization. It’s free. Sahaj Yoga is free. No body is ever charged. It is so easy and nobody is charged so it become hard for people to believe this We all have tried so many things to get spiritual ascent so why not to try this also. You get the proof as cool breeze flow through your hands and head.I don’t say you should believe what am saying but one must do this practical and know the truth. Even I was a seeker of truth and tried everything but finally when I came to know about Sahaj Yoga than realized what the truth is.
