The company "ARTHA", a Bangalore based medical solution company called me by giving reference of my friend who is working at "iflex Solution".
M/s "ARTHA" called me no of time to get my Cred824it card no for billing.OK, it’s my foolishness to give the card number.After deducting Rs. 1800/-, M/S ARTHA gave me some free medical checkup coupon.
First time, I tried to avail the facility for which I paid. I went to a Doctor for a dental checkup with my wife. I was not able to locate the clinic and tried to call the doctor and observed that the doctor don’t want to talk to me after getting information that, I came for dental checkup with M/s ARTHA coupon. Ok after struggling, located the clinic but when doctor checked my teeth (spent only 5 second) and immediately referred me for X-RAY and for my wife, he asked me Rs. 3500/- to clean which is free in the coupon.
After that, I contacted some other doctor by aishwaryasingh23ing from my pocket and the doctor advice me to avoid X-RAY because problem is normal for human being. Ok…. May be all of you are going to say … "FUNNY"….
After coming back, I talk to "ARTHA" and one ladies hold the call and Faizabad, " she is only one contact person for customer services" means I can’t talked to higher authorities. She assured me to get back within 2 days after getting complained, but already 2 month gone, no response.
So, my thousand time request to all of my friend, "DON’T AVAIL ANY FACILITY FROM ARTHA or SIMILAR COMPANY".
The Facility giving our company is enough.
