Indian football star Vaichung Bhutia once told to the journalists that his first love in E.P.L is Manchester United. But after someday he started to love the team game of Arsenal. In Indian football also many coaches likes Arsen Wenger more than Sir Alex Fergusson.
Frankly speaking I was fan of Man utd because of David Beckham. He is my favorite footballer. But in a ManUtd-Arsenal match I fell in love with the arsenal team. In 2000 when Overmarce, Bergkamp and Henry played their superb football for Arsenal it was really very nice experience to watch it.
Special Characteristics of Arsenal Football
Arsenal always plays very attractive football. The formation is 3-5-2 which is called the Diamond System also by India’s one of the favorite coach Amal Dutta(He once tried to play Mohunbagan Fc in this pattern, but failed because in our country there are no efficient footballer to play in this formation). In 3-5-2 the players have to attack the opponents(all out) and at that time they also have to keep their defense intact. The game is sometimes winger dependent.
In the theory of newer ages football there is only one thing is needed. That is neither style nor much skill. That is Goal. Goal-Goal-More Goal. The one touch style of this team is no doubt very attractive.
During watching the game notice how arsenal is attacking. It makes everybody think about attacking is very easy in football. The midfielders and strikers has the great ability to reach in the penalty box by playing 10-12 passes. This makes the difference.
Arsenal very much obeys the FIFA slogan ''GO FOR GOAL''. This makes any game more attractive.
If the result behind the good result of Arsenal FC is 3-5-2, but this system is also guilty of the bad result of Arsenal. The bad thing about 3-5-2 formation is it very much run dependent. But the E.P.L is very long. For that reason many players get tired so they are unable to play their best football in the last matches.
Players
My favorite player in E.P.L is no doubt Theory Henry. His goal scoring power is really great. He is one of the top scorer in English Premier League. Beside him there are some great players like Ashley Cole, Wiltord, Vieira, Campbell, Gilbert, Bergkamp in this team.

Achievements
Arsenal is one of the top football club of Europe. This team has won the F.A cup this year. They are the runners up of the E.P.L this year. Arsenal was unable to make any great effort in Uefa Champions League.
