I feel this review is:
Arsalan's biryani as well as the resturant itself is very much famous in Kolkata but I think this entire food chain is overated. Arsalan's biryani is nice but the meat is not cooked or boiled properly i.e the piece of the mutton or chicken is very hard in nature due to lack of boiling. Not only biryani but also each and every item served is quite delicious in terms of taste but actually half-boiled in terms of cooking. People might say Arsalan is one of the old resturants chains in Kolkata which serves delicious food but actually they serve foods which are not properly cooked. This is the reason why I have decided I won't visit Arsalan anymore.
