Soft drinks contain filtered H2O, artificial additives and refined sugarand acids present in them.Gas is present in the form of carbon dioxide.
Lack nutritional value, add up calories and make u gain weight.
Leads to Diseases like migraine, memory loss, emotional disorders, blurred vision, ringing in ears, heart palpitations and shortness of breath.
The sweetener results in High B.P., Giddiness and increased heart beat.
Many bad effects are to drink this type soft drink.
So, I suggest to all that say never to saoft drink.
