I would like to share some information that I recently read in a health food packet I received in the mail. Ordering your favorite burger from fast food restaurants is actually more healthy than eating a pie of pizza. The theory is that the pizza and the burger both contain a large amount of fat, but with the burger you are most likely going to only eat one. With a pizza pie, the chances are that you will go back for seconds or thirds, or possibly the whole pie. So the next time you decide weather you want to eat McDonald's or Pizza Hut, McDonald's would probably be the wiser choice.
