I had ordered one personalized cushion and despite of calling them 4 times, I dint receive my order for almost a month. Eventually I need to cancel the order. Lame reply by customer service. Despite of requesting and getting a commitment from the sales rep., they still dint deliver the order and neither update the order status.
They only fool the customer.
No courtesy/ability to solve the issue and find the work around.
Personal recommendation: Even if you order from them any product, Explicitly mention not to dispatch through overnite shipping service.
