Post operative and management. Review on Aravind Eye Hospital - Coimbatore

I had right eye cataract surgery on 18th March under mics method paying inr 30000.The state pensioners insurance company contributed inr 20000 andI paid inr 10000 out of pocket. There was no sign of surgery undergone and hats off to them. But postoperativereviews aren't satisfactory.

I visited three times and only on 4th visit I fixed date for left eye Cataract surgery. On 16 th December 2020.Iam prepared pay the excess amount apart from the contribution made by the insurance company. But they refuse to dounder mics method and opted pacho method. When iam prepared to bear the excess amount what prevents them to do under micsmethod?.I wanted to talk to the senior most opthamologists but I wasn't allowed to meet them by the nursing staff on duty.whyshould I undergo under the method which I don't prefer?.This kind of lapse and irresponsible behavior of the staff and doctors on duty makes me frustrated.
