Aramex have shown why Indians are increasingly becoming more and more frustrated with the quality of service of many Indian companies. They(Aramex) are the epitome of slacking off, dishonesty and delays.
My experience with them has been terrible. Packages sent on the 15th have not been delivered until the 24th, and that too only after repeated calls, threats, escalation and emails. Their phone number [in Bangalore] is never reachable, emails to them are undelivered and unanswered and package tracking is a joke. no, a pack of lies. It was only after I called the sender and threatened them, that Aramex bothered to call me, and those calls resulted in nothing.
After every threat(to the sender), they(Aramex) called me, each time to ask me my address and ask me for directions. After every threat to the sender, Aramex called me to ask me if I'd received the package! They'd call saying they were coming and never turn up.
Never use them! Under ANY circumstances!
