I recently sent some imp. documents from Lko-Delhi-Melbourne, the address was PO Box address. They booked the consignment and sent it to Melbourne, Australia.Thereafter they consignment was not delivered because the Melbourne Aramex people said that they cannot deliver to a PO Box location.Why the hell the Aramex people in India did not tell me beforehand.I wasted my money and time in calling up Melbourne and these worthless guys in Delhi again and again.I raised a Service Request on their website and these silly guys closed before any resolution of the issue.I think they even do not understand the basics of Customer Service.
Advise to all is, never use this courier service other you are going to repent like me.
