I have to send some legal Documents from Bangalore to Hyderabad on an urgent basis and chose Aramex for no particular reason. Since the documents were needed at the destination at the earliest I've opted for an overnight delivery service for which I paid extra money.
The package is not delivered even after 4 days and when I tried the contact mentioned for destination, it turned out to be wrong number or the dude who picked up the phone mentioned that it is wrong number. And when I called up the customer care they guy on the phone was giving status update that the package is in so and so location but not giving a definitive time line as to when the package would be delivered.
And when I mentioned that this should have been an overnight delivery and should have reached the destination the next day he tells me that that there is no overnight delivery available.
