On 8th January, 2013, I decided to ship some expensive item through Aramex courier (it weighed about 5.4kg), and the Booker said there way not enough stuffing in the package and opened the package and repacked it. The package was to be delivered to Bangalore and he gave me 'ARAMEX AIR CARGO' receipt with just 'SHIPPER" and 'CONSIGNEE" addresses filled. He told me that package will arrive at Delhi on 9th Jan and thereafter the online tracking would start working, and on 10th of January it would reach Bangalore and would be delivered on 10 or 11th.
To my surprise the online tracking did not work on 9th of night. I thought I would check in the morning. So I tried on 10th morning, and to my surprise it still said that the data is unavailable. I called up the booking office, the guy informed me that the package has reached Bangalore in the morning and would be delivered it the same day. So I waited till evening and called again, now the owner of the shop says that the load of the truck has been seized by the sales tax officer and has not reached Delhi yet, that is why the online tracking is still not working. He said he would try to release the load that evening and the package would arrive in Delhi on 11th and I would be able to track it.
Come 11th January, there is still no sign on online tracking. I am starting to doubt that the package will ever be delivered and no matter what phone calls, emails I do, I am always left in vain. This is the third time I have bad experience with Aramex, and I would like this company to be more considerate.

Edit 1: So it seems the online tracking is accepting the docket number but without any proper information about shipper and consignee. Lets keep the fingers crossed and see how this goes?
Edit 2: I can see the tracking working now. Seems like it has reached Bangalore today. So let's see when it gets delivered now. At least I appreciate that you guys listen to the mouthshut feedback. One more star for that.
Edit 3: I am really amazed that the parcel has been received already around 1PM IST. I am not sure if this is due to this feedback or otherwise, but I must say it did make a positive effect on me. Thanks a lot. I am sure if you keep on listening to users' feedback you will improve your service considerably. Thanks again. I am leaving the positive feedback now.
