ARAMEX CHEATED ME, THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE CONSIGNMENT. I request all readers to check the comments and aramex's reply below after reading my review
Two of the shipments from Emart pvt limited had to be delivered to my address .
but on 21 and 22 of December I get sms to my mobile saying that shipment is delivered
but I have not received any till date. when I tracked using shipment no of both the consignment, it says that shipment is already delivered in Bangalore.
I am from Mangalore and the shipment has not reached Mangalore at all, courier guys opened my consignment in Bangalore and used for them self.

I Want to register a complaint against aramex in consumer court for stealing both of my consignment.

update on 24/12/2012
Got a call from aramex on the same day I wrote review, that is 23 dec 2012 and they informed me that shipment is ready, and I had to personally collect shipment from aramex on 24 dec 2012.

after false reason from aramex through their reply in here i have decided to upload two images
image 1------> shows how both boxes were cello taped when I collected shipment from aramex, have a closer look into it it was taped such that address written in both the box were face to face. so that I would not notice the tampered address at the first glance
image 2------> shows how original adress sticker was removed and my address was written over it using marker pen. so it clearly indicates how they stole my parcel and when they were forced to return. they removed address sticker from someone else's rewardme parcel and wrote my address over it. this was easy as rewardme sends bulk parcel to recipients in a particular city at same time.
