Aramex has been shipped the products from so many years and this service centere of Aramex is not good. I want to share my experience about this Aramex . I have ordered some books and I choose to deliver by this Aramex they said it will take up to 3 to 4 working days . And I was waited after 4 days I called their customer serviece there is no response about my product I felt very sad . Then after 6 days I agained called the serviece centre of Aramex they do not gave any response and talks to customers very rudely. How irresponsible they are
After 10 to 14 days my product have been delivered I asked them why you have took this much time to deliver the product they do not gave any replay and also any response.
The staff provided for this Aramex services they was very irresponsible and behaves rudely with customers . It is waste of time.
