I feel this review is:
The status of the shipment was on hold for more than 5 days without any notification to the customer. We did followup everyday and they have been informed that it will be delivered late evening and keep waiting for many days. I can provide the tracking number on demand. Seems like there is no proper escalation matrix defined to escalate such issues within Aramex. The experience is very bad with Aramex. Not recommended for anyone who is expecting a prompt courier service.
