I had ordered a few products from Nykaa and had been sent via Aramex.Today I got a message that the courier was out for delivery and a few hours later I got another message saying, "No one home, so delivery pending".I was at home and they didn't even contact me.
When tried to contact the Aramex courier office found that the contact no.given in the message was a wrong one.Finally got a phone no.after a few minutes search in Google.Staff replied in a rude manner and given a totally unacceptable explanation when asked about the courier status."They don't have enough staff and at times they update status like this without even trying to deliver the courier".Really pathetic
