I would never recommend Aramex for any courier services. I had ordered few shirts and jeans from Mango, which is based in London I believe.
According to their terms and conditions Duty and taxes, courier charges, octroi charges are paid by them. I had ordered many times, without paying any single rupee for courier, taxes, etc.,
But in last two transactions Aramex courier guy Sawant, from chembur branch contacted me and demanded courier charges and duty taxes.
But when I refused to pay duty charges, he demanded courier and handling charges, which I actually paid thinking I had order during sale period so might be I have to pay. But somehow I got suspicious and contacted Aramex customer care and asked them about charges. And then I got to know I had to pay nothing this Sawant a courier guy simply cheated me.
I called up that Sawant and asked him to return my money or else I ll make the complaint. After that he came running and returned my amount. I had already made his complaint but Aramex CUSTOMER CARE did not take any action.
Obviously they dont care about customers. When I received my second parcel from Mango, same Sawant the courier guy came to deliver but this time he went more further. He opened my parcel and he stole one of my shirt. And Aramex Customer Care simply refused to believe this. In short, Aramex Courier service is totally run by looters.
In rating they dont even deserve 1 star.
