I have had a bad experience with this courier. A mobile phone was shipped through this courier by Indiatimes Shopping on COD basis.
No doubt, the instrument reached Chennai from Mumbai quite fast within two days. But, after reaching Chennai, it took five solid days for them to move out of their office and deliver it to me! (The first so called failed attempt was made after a good 59 hours of arrival of the consignment in Chennai!) In the meanwhile, they have made as many as four entries saying that Customer not available. This is unadulterated lie, because either we were at the house or there is always a board hanging out there that any courier, etc. can be delivered at the adjacent flat and even money was handed over there. This fact was informed to them on the very first occasion. But, because this is their habit, they went on recording their notes by merely sitting in their office with scant regard for their customers.
They send routine mails, but never came up with anything like an acceptable reason or'sorry'. All online sellers should have a mechanism of taking feedback from the buyers about the performance of couriers and, if necessary, make the couriers pay up for any deficiency. Despite informing Indiatimes in this case, apparently, they were also not keen on taking up the issue.
