From last few months I was looking for a good water purifier and on November 30 2015 I went to a nearby store(Pai International, Marathahalli, Bangalore) to check for some good water purifiers after looking all the models and brands I thought I will purchase the particular model as the brand is very old and their is something new called mineral guard in this model and on the same day I got it delivered and the next day the service engineer came to install the product.
After the installation he left but when it took more than 6 hour to fill the 7 litre tank and the water tasted very bad I again called the guy but he told me that sir your tds is very high that is why it is happening but when visited my friends home after 10 days I found his water tastes a lot better and takes only 30 minutes to fill the purifier and as but of our water coming from the same place I doubted and gave a complain in eureka customer care but after 5 days also no one came and I gain went to the store from where I purchased and they assured me that with 2 days someone will come and another guy came the next day and when he checked everything he found that the installation has not done properly and the drainage is not working so we are drinking the bad water from last 15 days and he told me that your filter has been damaged and I will gve you a new filter within 2 days but after lot of arguments he agreed to give me a new filter on that day and fitted a new filter and taste become great and everything is perfect and again after 2 days I found water leakage from side of the purifier and this time I directly called the guy and he came fixed the problems and now again after 1 month the motor is not working.
Now I am just thinking why the hell I purchased a purifier when most of the time I have to purchase water from outside, SO my suggestion never go for this brand.
