Firstly, I would like to notify about this product to all that installation service of this product is extremely terrible.
It had been almost 6 days I had revived about my product to the customer service team, but still no installation technician had come. No one respond to my call made by me on their given number.
I tried to contact several times on that provided numbers for the purpose of installation, however, none of the number respond to my call and some they notified me that they have arranged my product installation after a month of purchase! And I was yet waiting for them to contact me.
In the time of installation I have seen that that team was highly rude and unprofessional. Even they charged Rs.650 extra for the installation, but the technician they send, he said that he get only Rs.300 from it, although that technician was not from their side or not so much skilled about installation as they said they have high skilled technicians.
Then after using it for 6 months, the new RO of it got trouble regarding its filtration issue, and to solve this I had to pay Rs.200 in spite of the product is already in warranty! Extremely dissatisfied I was really.
The water falling tap was started leaking drop by drop water even its off mode(stop falling mode) with in 7 months. Even sometimes it leakage water from membrane pipe too.
Another issue I have found in to it, water didn't discharge sometimes from RO in spite of motor running mode.
It's a average quality product and it's proved from its frothy performance as I faced and till now I am suffering.
Not a good durable and handy product it is at all as per its performance, and style & design is average even it's not a fact actually here.
So, obviously, I will not recommend this product to anyone after this kinds of sluggish experience with it.
