I finished my Under graduation program Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering in Singapore Nanyang Technological University without any Consultancy's approaching, few year back on wards Singapore MOE(Ministry Of Education) Rules changed, MOE is not encouraging any consultancy's even in Private University's every applications need to apply in Online.

If any one want to study in Singapore better go to their Website and apply online and signup a account, they charge some amount for applications Fee and for registration, don't worry you no need to pay the money in Dollars even they accept any country online transaction. So no need to worry about that, once you applied they will be informed about the application process through your account. Only thing is you need to meet their requirements, like your 12th standard percentage 70 to 60% academic record and English Language.

Once you meet their requirements they will inform you about the surety account balance for the studies. If you meet all the requirements of the University then they apply for student visa to MOE it takes about 24 to 48 hours time for approval, once MOE approves your student visa then you are ready to go.

For foreign students can apply for the study loan in Singapore, but this facility only in Government and Government Recognized University's can apply, this student loan wont apply's for Private University's.
