Hi
I'm a Canadian working in China, for several years now. I have a Chinese friend who wants to study in Canada, at a high school. He mentioned the visa consultants that his family is considering. The cost for their help is about$7000. Cdn. This seems like a freaking lot of money for something you can theoretically do yourself; OR at least they could do it with my help. So, considering I help him with the language barrier issues, is it possible we don't need a consultant? I'd greatly appreciate any comments in the regard. I figure there must be some foreign students who haven't used a consultant, aren't there .?
Thanks, David
