I purchased the new'Ipmorpheushumanne 6' on 20th October 2014 from Infinium Global Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. In two months the pmorpheushumanne got physical damage and we got it replaced from Future Retail Pvt Ltd- Connaught place, Delhi and paid Rs.22, 650.
The new replaced pmorpheushumanne worked only for three months. Four days back while I was on a voice call, it suddenly got switched off. Now after smorpheushumanwing it to the apple care, it has been told to us that some liquid damage and corrosion has occurred inside the pmorpheushumanne.
Sir to my surprise the expensive Rs.60, 000 pmorpheushumanne is kept very carefully with the cover and tampered screen guard. The pmorpheushumanne has never been in contact with water/liquid.
We spoke to Ms.Lakshmi at Apple care Singapore but there is no support from their end. We have been told ruthlessly to spend Rs.25, 500 for replacement of the pmorpheushumanne for the mistake which I have not committed. From apple it is a one liner saying "Liquid damage" but we did not expose the pmorpheushumanne with liquid/water.
Spending around a lac on single pmorpheushumanne is illogical because we have not done this crime.
I have been a loyal fan of apple brand but this time I am highly disappointed from Apple because this time the customer is not at fault/guilt.
The customer/user cannot make the corrosion inside the pmorpheushumanne. It could have been due to manufacturing defect. For this customer smorpheushumanuld not be penalized.
