DON'T BUY IPHONE. Apple is selling defective pieces and also not helping properly to replace them.
Don't buy apple iphone speially from Nyasa, Seasons mall, Pune.
Apple is selling defective pieces. I purchased the iphone at Rs. 72, 000, 64 GB. Somehow I just checked the show pieces of
the same model and I purchased one brand new phne . But after few hours only, I noticed that camera is not working at
all. When I tried to contact Nyasa, reseeler. They said that apple iphone service centre will do anything. They cannot
help in that. I have a point that apple sells so costly phones, don't these resellers hs duty to sk them to manufacture
quality products and do proper quality checks.Are they only for selling inmall and not taking any responsibility at least
help the customers about the process es and get the things done in quicker way.
Now listen the story of Apple, I co-ordinated with apple service centre. They keep the phone for one week and in week they
don't do any chek to find the root cause. Then they will tke agin one more week just to confirm that camera is defective.
After that they will tell the customer that Iphone is not in Stock. You might have to wait for may be 2 weeks or so and it
could be that evenn after 15 days alos if unit is not in stock, you wil not get the phone.
And at the same time I found the same phone for new purchase in all the stores.When I inquired abt this with Apple they
mentioned that for fresh sale they do have stocks.
But for the customer who spent 72, 000 Rs and got the defective piece, which he reported on the same day. is not getting
his phone for a month time and may be for more than that.
Apple is relly extracting the money and concentrating on the new sale rather than focusing on the quality, serrvice and
customer satisfaction.
I co-ordinated with apple supoort as well many times, they mentioned that thay are not sure when phone will be in stock
for replacement.
In such cases customer is only suffering. IDeally he should be getting new unit quickly or he should be getting his money
back.but unfortunately. apple has lost his quality, his focus on customer, they are just making money.
ONE MORE iMPORTANT thing is I found lot of people suffering in the same way with apple and lot of ppl are getting the
issues in iphone 6.
I would suggest you to not PURCHASE IT .Don't buy IPHONE.
