This phone came packaged securely and the phone was in excellent condition, it looked brand new even. I turned it on and it even had some battery charge. Know you will need a SIM physically in it to set it up ( any SIM will do, it can be a non-working SIM, I used an old one I had) thanks to Apple.
Once you do you can have it set up with your Apple ID or a new one and start as a new phone or restore. I loved that I could set this phone prior to activating the phone on my UK SIM ( because I had a random SIM hanging around) , downloading the apps I needed and getting everything going. So far everything looks good.
The minus star goes to the seller using a mailing label on the back of the phone telling the customer to call them for any problems. I get that but it took me no joke 20 minutes to get the sticker off and I scratched my phone a bit with my nails. Plus messed up my nail polish but I can get over that. If I was using an opaque case the sticker would be fine but I ordered a partially seethru case for my GOLD phone. The scratches aren't that noticeable but I think the seller should change the sticker to something that comes off easier.
