It is indeed yet another achievement for Apple to combine so much into something so small and lean. With the announcement of Apple’s new iPad Air just a week back, the new iPad is already quite popular, for being lighter, thinner and faster. Apple’s marketing genius helps in rebranding a similar product in a way that consumers want it more than ever. Consumers know that they don’t have the newest model and they plan to invest in the new one.

The iPad Air doesn't do anything extraordinarily different than its predecessors. It is similar in reference with camera, processor and other improvements. It is not a revamp of what Apple has always had, but an interesting modification to the existing ones.

CNET’s review on the iPad Air recognizes that, “Functionally, the iPad Air is nearly identical to last year’s model, offering only faster performance and better video chatting. But factor in design and aesthetics, and the iPad Air is on another planet. It’s the best full-size consumer tablet on the market. ”

The bottom line is that the new iPad Air is brilliantly built, incredibly slender yet it is rightly priced and comes free from operative hassles. Its appearance is more angular and considerably smaller because of the rectangular design. It is a 7.5mm package with the same screen size as the previous versions.

Brad Molen, from Engadget, calls iPad Air the best iPad ever reviewed. He writes, “It’s also the most comfortable 10-inch tablet we’ve ever tested. Not every manufacturer can produce a thin and light device without also making it feel cheap or flimsy, but Apple nailed it. Factor in a sizable boost in performance and battery life, and the Air is even more compelling”.

The Air is fundamentally different. It is so sleek that it will make you forget about the weight factor. It would completely replace the iPad Mini which was considered more portable before iPad Air made its way into the market. The internet almost runs at full-size being equipped with EE’s 4G network. It takes ten-hour battery life, which is actually more than you require.

To look at the cons of this product, the three main but petty issues will be - the way it’s branded as a complete revolution in the iPad world. It may face a tough-sales threat from the iPad Mini with retina and that the smart cover now takes on the thinner three-panel design from the original iPad Mini.

The iPad Air is incredible with an aesthetically strong design. iPad Air can be called the best tablet on the market, courtesy the 475, 000 tablet apps.

If the question is why the buyer would spend on it, the answer is quite simple, because of its vast library of tablet apps and the feeling of a premium iPad.

If at all, you can avoid the iPad Air, but you will be forced notice what all you can do on this ultimate iPad.
