Apple iPad 3 launched in India on 16th jam 2012, almost a 5 year ago. It has very low specs such as 1 gb ram, 9.7 inch display, it can upgrade their operating system capacity upto v5.1 to v9.2, it has 5 mega pixel rear camera and front VGA camera. There is no sim slot and memory slot. Inbuilt memory is 16 GB. So in my opinion this device is crap, you can get a decent phone or tablet or laptop in the price range of thirty-two thousand.
It only had apple branding which not effect it's performance. So I strongly not recommend this tablet to any one. Instead you can but mi pad which come cheaper in price and higher in features. So if your looking for apple branding then get into this read full specs before buy it.
