I wanted to purchase a tablet for reading, awesome music, and crystal clear videos, and thought why not save for Ipad. I did and got this, and I have never been happier. Apple really is a class apart. This is a bit old generation though, but then as I said, this is Apple, so no regrets.
The retina display makes my reading just a delight. My kindle app combined with this brings alive the content of my favorite stories. Apple music is of course, just fantabulous. Though this lacks the AMOLED display of latest ipads, but still I love my good old Ipad 3.
