Recently I have purchased an Apple MacBook Black. It has a 13.3" glossy wide screen display with a midium size touchpad. This MacBook is very thin (1") and light weight (5.2lbs). It is very easy to carry. The smooth and mat finished body make it attractive, as well as protective from dust and scratches.MacBook has a white, small power adopter. It has a remote. The white remote looks like a small pocket lighter.
On the left side of MacBook there are several ports for microphone, headphone or sound box, USBs, Ethernet, Firewire, DVI. On the left side there is a CD/DVD drive. The keyboard is as like as other laptop, but beside the touchpad there is enough space for palm rest while typing. Speakers are at the edge of the display screen.There are two dots working as a camera and microphone on the middle top of the display screen. Applications Garage Band: Garage Band is useful for music composer. All instrumental sounds are stored here with their immense of variety. There is an option to play and record real instrumental sound as well as own voice. With all these one can make melodious songs like a professional. Photo Booth: Photo Booth works like a commercial studio. With in a single moment you can get your snaps. Only you have to convert it from soft to hard copy with the help of a good printer.
There are many options to distort your original image intentionally and make the photo like cartoon picture as you wish. You can store all the images in the iPhoto.
iPhoto: iPhoto is a photo editor. You can store photos from any source like friend's e-mail, digital camera, your own collections. You can make album, book,card and calendar with those photos and send it to friends, relatives...........
iWeb: No problem, if you don't have the professionalism in the ' Dot Com' world. You can make your own web page and publish it . iWeb make it easy for novice. Any one can publish their own web page as they like.
iTunes: iTunes is music player. You can play mp3 songs. You can purchase songs from Apple's iTune music store. Web radio is also available here with a great multiplicity.iTunes can play audio through Airport Express.
iMovie: You can make your own movie with this application. There are lot of choices for selecting format. After collecting snaps you can compose it here. Songs, musics and other sounds can be added easily.
iDVD: With this application you can burn your own movie on DVD.
Dashboard: Dashboard has many small useful applications like dictionary, calendar, ESPN news,flight tracker,stock news, language translation, unit converter, weather , clock etc. tile game and calculator are also available .
It is really amazing when any of the application appear in the MacBook screen. All the applications are colourful and gorgeous. Graphical expressions are unique. Safari: This is internet browser for MacBook.

Games: Big bang Checkers, Big Bang Backgammon, Big bang tic-tac-toe, Big bang chess etc are some common games we used to play in our childhood, but in MacBook all these are renovated with colours and fabulous graphical expressions. Marvelous sounds make them attractive, though we can get full test and eager to play them.
Use For home entertainment: MacBook is inapt for using it like a CD or DVD player. In a silent room sound can be distinguished .In any noisy place it is difficult to hear.For high volume you can use external speaker. Watching a movie with this small display screen is inconvenience. You can use external display ,TV etc to watch movie. Apple MacBook has some interesting application like image capture. After capturing the image you can see it in the same desktop and it will be difficult to understand which one is real desktop and which one is image of this.
Apple MacBook can speak. You can ask MacBook to read a document. Even it can listen to your command. Ask MacBook what time is It? It will say the current time. Apple MacBook is not only an utilitarian, it is a Captivating device. With the useful applications and amazing graphics Apple make this mini device remarkable in the laptop world. So work with MacBook and have fun.
