Apple has always derived with a wonderful products and I being a apple fan am a proud owner of the ipod, ipad, ipod mini, white mac book, imac, mac mini, mac book pro, iphone 4, iphone 4s, iphone 6+. The only problem I have come across is the after sales service specially from their sion branch which is opposite Kroma. Horrible and unfriendly staff. Over charging their clients without solution.
I went there to fix my white book mac and they charged me Rs 2000/- kept it for 7 days and then gave it back to me saying its vintange so it cannot be fixed. If its vintage then he should have known it before charging me, isnt it? the same problem with my mac mini. I got it fixed at my companies IT department, he fixed it with 3 hours.
Bottom Line the people in the after sales department who are just there to sit in front of the mac and do nothing but extract their loyal customers money are spoiling the brand value.
