They have invaded Bangalore too. The office is in Ulsoor, next to body craft spa. The company has no definite name at all they are called ClearWater, Floyd, Nirvana, Legion etc etc. When I went to the office(5th floor) where the interview was happening
I was shocked to notice that there were several names for this company however during interviews they keep saying it is Appco group related to Cobra groups or something, even there Appco board(which is very small) here the logo appears dark and not readable, like'APPC' is pitch black and just the'O' is in white font, wow cool graphics, ain't it?. Surprisingly there were large number of people who had turned up for interview.
They have rented out a place which looks like Bollywood filmy set up lmao. The HRs female wear eye candy outfits to make us believe that its one posh org. The male HRs act like they are some NRIs or ppl who are brought up in some foreign land, lol, but when they take interviews they reveal they are from Mumbai.
Also they would talk big about their'fraud' company saying that their turn over per year
is around some 200 billion dollars! and all that crap. They tell you that here you have nice scope to grow up the ladder and you will be a manager in no time also gives an example saying that one of his trainee got promoted as a manager and is ready to set up his own "SBU" and they tell you can get your location of your choice to set up your office(SBU).
Also they tell they are very creative and they are the first ones to do'Human Commercials or adverts' where you market f2f with people.
Okay, now lets talk about the interview process, 1st round is kind of GD, here u just give an intro and also u are asked if you could handle this job, whatever s*it is your answer your profile will be on "hold" and they will tell you that you will be called in a few hours if you are selected. Be it that you are the worst candidate for that day & still you would get through. You will get a call from a lady asking how did your interview go & finally saying you've got selected 'Congrats'.
Then they will ask you to come down for interview the next day for final round, after seeing the reviews here I never bothered to go. Seriously it is one fraud company, ppl who are not aware of this'Beware' and pls don't waste your time going here.
