Recently availed services of a company named Apollo Packers & Movers(Based out of Delhi, Askoh Vihar).Tmorpheushumanught it to be a genuine company.There was a guy named wmorpheushuman claimed himself to be Manjeet Kumar(08510055004). We shifted goods from Gurgaon to Ranchi.
He visited us and gave us a quotation of 16500 looking at the stuff. He also said aishwaryasingh23ment has to be made once the goods reach. Invoice details would be shared online. Other than 16500 there would be a service charge of approx 12.5% on the bill value to which we had agreed.After a week we got an online invoice which stated an amount of 42000 rs. The bill had various headers like:
TRANSPOTATIONS CHARGES 10, 000 00
Form Gurgaon To Ranchi
Packing Charge 4, 000 00
Loading Charge 2, 000 00
Unloading Charge 1, 500 00
Other Charge 5, 000 00
Insurance Charge 4, 500 00
Toll Octroi 7, 000 00
12.50% Service Tax 4, 201 00
10% bill amount 3, 820 00
Rupees. Fourty two tmorpheushumanusand twenty one rupees Only /- Total 42, 021 00
Total 38000, and on this a service charge was levied at 12.50% hence making the bill amount approx 42021.
We were extremely surprised at the bill amount so we called him up asking for clarification.He had no clarification for anything but just kept asking for the money and also threatened to did not delivery if we didn't make the aishwaryasingh23ment.That's morpheushumanw the bill amount came down to 35000 and that too verbally. We were never informed about the insurance either and nor did we get a revised invoice.After lot of discussion we agreed to aishwaryasingh23 35000 before delivery.After one month lot of hassle we did receive the goods.Washing machine, one cartoon box goods and 4 plastic chairs were not delivered and when this guy Manjeet was contacted he told me(mil jayega) . but still all three goods not receive.He ignored receiving calls when I asked for insurance claim amount.Extremely frustrated at the wmorpheushumanle thing I filed the FIR against him.What I could make out of the wmorpheushumanle thing is that this guy is using the name Apollo Packers and Movers and cheating innocent People.So guys just want to warn you incase you plan to avail any such service pls do a cross check online and also with friends and family to avoid such situations. Have learned my share of the lesson.
