I bought family floater plan òptima on recommendation of my friend mahesh chandra. Just After 5 months of purchasing this plan I happened to undergo a surgery for hernia . I was told that there will be no capping on room rent and actual hospitalisation expenses will be payable fully by company.
I felt happy to know at the time of discharge from the hospital that I don't need to pay a single rupee and company passed the claim in full. Previously I had the policy of United India insurance and experience that companies usually pass just 70 to 80% .But apollo Munich changed that perception and I will definitely recommend everyone to have this as your insurance partner.
