Apollo Munich Health insurance is WORST health insurance I had ever seen. They will never approve for cashless hospitalization stating silly reasons. My Mom's cashless hospitalization request was rejected stating some silly reasons and required documented proof. I had submitted all the documents, Still they rejected.
When I called the Customer Service they are clue less on what grounds they have rejected.
There is no response from for the mails sent to customerservice@apollomunichinsurance.com
Please DONT get into trap layed down by Apollo Munich, Like No cap on Room Rent etc
This is my genuine experience. Please please dont buy troubles.
