I had visited appolo Munich health insurance for opening my new insurance. But the staff wasn't showing any interest in customers. They just shows the plan and didn't explain about the benefits and all. The customers had to understand the same.
Even the staff member were harsh and rude. They just give me a form and told me to fill. My insurance started after a month. The services is very slow. The plan are all small ranged and not proper. Not a single plan gives high returns. The customer services are very poor. After 10 year your returns will be less than the expecations. I just suggest not to have any insurance from here.
