I'm not good at all.
The above all are reviews of apollo Munich insurance if you go through this, I'm sure you keep a vigil on the reviews on regular basis!
I'm afraid I'm associated with this cheater insurance company for the last 7 years and I've invested more than 80k in that tenure.
My policy number 1000028998-06 Mr Rajkishor Chowdhury & Mrs Shila Chowdhury address 1/9 justice dwarkanath road Kolkata 700015 mobile number 09331288007y . If you really put a light on the trail mail written to Soumitra mukherjee your retention manager saltlake branch Kolkata who is least bother about customer satisfaction and unbehavioral ethics! And I'm so lucky enough to got the agent like Reshmi Srivastava who is good for nothing, she dose not have any single knowledge about the product I don't know how apollo Munich give agents ship to someone what is criteria of that! She is a big 0. No support from her. Can't talk properly. Total disappointment.
I have spoke to customers care PREM the guy insult me. No etiquette to talk. He taunting me. He pinch my humanity I'm shocked! Please do the needful in this. Again I'm not sure you will take any action or not!
Now on April this year my policy renewal was there, again the agent, customer care, Kolkata branch office should reminder me. But they did not. Because the are least bother. They only bother how they can snatch money from customers pocket by their flowery fraudulent language! Afterthat I get in touch with Soumitra renewal purpose, due to some reason my fathers Mr Rajkishor Chowdhurys policy can not be continued under the same policy number(1000028998-06) as they said me. But I requested to continue Mrs Shila Chowdhurys renewal on the same policy number. As they agreed and they said it will be done. And they advice me to give the cheque of 6990/- so I did the same. I had give the cheque to Soumitra.
Now Soumitra is saying my mother policy also can not be materialised due to exceed of time.
So my question is that where Ms Shila Chowdhurys were wrong? I remove my father from that policy, did my mother done any wrong? Did we done any BLUNDER by choosing our family insurance from Apollo Munich?
I only contacted with them for renewal purpose, they don't bother they don't have time. That time they told my mother policy will be done under the same policy but now Soumitra is not supporting me.
Mr Antony the day will not so far where people will take Apollo name only for namesake. There is no trust only FAKE?
So I will ask you after paying so many years thousand of thousand hardship money this all will go for toss?
Can't your people do some realaxation to the loyal customers?
After giving the cheque why Soumitra did not submit the cheque? Why he is waiting?
