Update!: Got a mail from their grievance team today that it will take another 4 weeks for them to look into a simple claim logged with them 3 months back!.   they don't have a processing team except  for some outsourced call centre guys besides some salesmen~. No official to contact.! Wonder who they got IRDA licence to operate!~


Had taken their premium healthcare plan Optima restore, with a 10 lakh coverage at higher premium. They used Apollo hospital brandname and promised premium service and prompt claim settlement process every time I went for renewal.  Had a panned surgical procedure, covered by the policy in reputed cashless empanelled hospital. For three days both me and the hospital guys tried to repeatedly  reach then though various channels for cash less approval, which didn't come by. they simply don't reply to mails, and if you reach customer care, they say the matter is escalated without sharing any details of the escalation nor letting us speak to anyone else in the organisation. None of these call centre customer care persons appear to have any idea of insurance products they service


Ended up harassed and helpless on their apathetic treatment and denial of genuine claims . No contact person one can reach beyond call centre guys who has no clue on the product or service requests.


# a fake and dabba company with no support team and a deliberate intent to deny services . rip off! Avoid!
