My uncle took an policy(3392101001343) with apollo munich, he took the treatment for BURR hole surgery in the Apollo hospital only, but his claim rejected. First we applied for the cashless they rejected it saying the need documents of old treatment(heart surgery) and said we can claim through applying it after discharge. Now when we applied after surgery they again rejected it and they are even ready to re-fund the premium. Please do not go for Apollo.
