My brother had a health insurance policy from reliance for 7 years and then in april 2013 he shifted to Apollo health insurance under portability.
After 11 years of insurance, in 2016 he underwent an surgery from fortis mohali and claimed cash less from apollo munich health insurance company. But these people denied the cash less claim and that too for no reasons. After following up with them for days both on mail and phone, I didnt received any concrete response.
Its a very pathetic company managed by bunch of cheaters who are only interested in making fool of people and ditching them when they are in need.
Humble request to all please think twice before opting for this company for your family health plans.
