Hi Friends
I took Apollo Munich Health Insurance 3 years back and each year I am renewing before time. This time I have renew it for 1500k in family floater plan. Recently my son got operated of Accessory Navicular on his right foot. I have submitted Doctor certificate that his disease is due to Injury but in spite of that they have rejected the claim mentioning that its a congenital disease. He has this disease only in his right foot.
I need help and steps to be taken against them.
