Apollo Munich claims to UNCOMPLICATE but in reality everything is far more complicated. A simple process like an address change takes an eternity. I walked into their branch and gave all the documents and they still did not change my address and misplaced my docs. I had to follow up multiple times to get this done.
Also, it's very strange the Optima is a higher value product Easy Health policy but it does not allow complete health check up which is available in easy health policy, the advisors won't tell you this. Dealing with their customer service is very frustrating.
They will not answer anything and email queries will get closed without any resolution, I even tried escalating to their Head - Operations and Customer Service on the poor state of their customer service but obviously got no response. If this is the state of affairs for basic stuff am not surprised by other reviews which claim making claims with Apollo Munich is not easy.The only thing they are prompt is in collecting the premiums.
