The is to bring to your notice the extremely sloppy treament that was given to me and my mother at the newly opened "The Apollo Clinic" located at No.74/1, Bellandur Ring Road, Bangalore. I had taken my 64 year old mom for a check up there. She was subjected to a very intrusive medical examination there, as part of the check up. We were told that the results would be available by the next day.
However the next day, there were no results and every one involved from the Front desk staff to the lab technicians knew nothing about the test and every one was pointing to the other and passing the blame as to why the pathological examination was not done.
More importantly, the attitude shown was very disappointing - no body felt sorry or had a sense of remorse for goofing up (probably they are pretty used to this kind of service). This experince of mine pales in comparison with the multiple feathers in the cap of "The Apollo Hospitals" which is the parent group based in Chennai, (Remember table tennis player, Chandrasekar (https://outlookmoney.com/scripts/IIH021C1.asp?sectionid=10&categoryid=49&articl

I request people who are going to this hospital to be extremely careful and not to take anything for granted. Given Apollo group's consistent history of skrewing up with patients both in big and small ways - it is prudent to be on the gaurd all the time.
