We were to meet the endocrniologist and the first time we were given a wrong information of when the Dr will be available braving the Whitefield traffic we reached the clinic only to be told by the staff no Dr is available and schedule for the next day.
The staff at the reception are like a Government Hospital look irritated and act the same .We were given an appointment for the next day and since we were sure about the incompetence of the staff at the reception.
When we called we were told no appointment had been booked so please make sure you get some confirmation number or name of the person taking the appointment else go to Nationwide clinics much better organised.
