Just wanted to share my terrible experience with consulting Dr Bindu Suresh at the Bellandur Apollo Clinic.
Since my wife was un-well and Apollo Clinic being the nearest reputed Hospital nearby my place (Sarjapur Road), I fixed up an appointment with a General Physician, Dr Bindu Suresh and went over to consult her. First of all, this hospital is at the busy Bellandur junction where it’s pretty difficult to find a parking lot which is nearby. I had to walk my wife for a good 0.5 Kms to the Hospital and was told that there were 3 more patients ahead of my appointment.
My wife was pretty un-well and the long walk had made her weaker but I was hopeful that we would get to consult the doctor shortly who could possibly put an end to her woes!
Dr Bindu Suresh was seeing a patient in one of the consulting rooms, after the patient left, she also left the consultation room even though a next patient was entering her consultation room.
One look at her and somehow I was not convinced about consulting her but then we did not know of any other clinics around where we could consult another GP. We were patiently waiting for Dr Bindu Suresh
To return but she took her sweet time walking all around the clinic & talking to other doctors!
After 5 mins, she got back to her room, saw through another patient and off she went again. She was away from her room for a good 10 mins before returning. Next was our turn and just when we were about to enter the room, she whizzed past us and out she went again without even acknowledging us!
We waited for 10 mins in the room but to no avail. I went out and checked with the front desk who told me that the Dr would come back shortly and asked me to wait in the consultation room.
Another 5 mins of wait and I could not take it any further!! Went to the front desk and asked for a refund!! Reluctantly the desk clerk returned my Rs250 and I decided never again to visit this clinic who does not care for the waiting patients!!
So, in case you get an appointment with Dr Bindu Suresh in near future, be aware as to what to expect from this utterly non-professional Doctor!!
